Regardless of nationality, religion or gender, the Mad Nick Society (MNS) is open to all those who are committed to work towards justice.
Within MNS you will find a global network of like-minded people with different personal histories and backgrounds, united by the common strive to promote and to advocate the Declaration Human Rights and the right of peoples to self-determination.

Rules & Regulations for Membership Applications:
Membership applications undergo a certain procedure before being approved.
After contacting MNS to apply for membership, each applicant will receive an invitation to a personal meeting where an interview will take place to establish the applicant's requirements for the approval of the application process.
If a membership application is approved, the applicant has to pass a series of educational courses, case studies and tests designed to familiarize the applicant with the MNS CODE OF ETHICS.
Upon admission, members sign a statement which certifies the committed to support, promote and advocate the Declaration of Human Rights.
If an admitted member acts in contradiction to the MNS Mission Statement or violates the MNS CODE OF ETHICS, the member will be disqualified and expelled, without being given a chance for rehabilitation to ever regain membership within the MNS.
The speed of the membership application process depends on the applicant.

- subject to any ongoing criminal proceedings by law enforcement agencies at the time of their application. In contrast, past and served criminal offenses are not generally a criterion for rejecting a membership application. In this case, however, the applicant will be asked what type of criminal offenses were committed in the past.
- addicted to drugs, alcohol or medication.
- undisciplined and antisocial.
- not guided by sincere motives.
- a persons whose beliefs and motivations are not aimed at promoting the MNS MISSION STATEMENT.
A membership application will be rejected if the applicant is:
