FINAL DISPOSITION: THE 777 LEGACY
Subject: Transition of EIC/777 from Active Field Intelligence to Digital Archive
Status: Permanent / Historical Archive
Classification: Declassified Public Testimony
1. The Completion of the Operational Cycle
After two decades of engagement in global high-risk environments, the leadership of EIC/777 has issued the final order to stand down. This decision marks the conclusion of a multi-stage operational history. From 2009 to 2017, our volunteers operated in the gaps of international security, providing stability through specialized tactical intervention. From 2017 to 2026, the unit evolved, shifting into high-level intelligence-led strategy and specialized covert actions.
2. A Diplomatic and Technical Evolution
The landscape of international security has moved from open conflict into a complex era of information warfare and state centralization. In this new reality, the role of the independent volunteer force has transitioned from the field to the record. We have reached a point where the mission is best served through the preservation of the truth rather than active intelligence gathering.
3. From Unit to Legacy
We are no longer an active unit; we are now a Legacy. To protect the security of our veterans and the integrity of our historical record, the physical command structures of EIC/777 have been dismantled. This ensures that the "777" remains an untainted symbol of the volunteer spirit—a brotherhood that existed to serve a specific purpose at a specific time in history.
4. The Iron Water Mandate
The Iron Water Multimedia Project (2026–2029) is the designated successor to this legacy. It serves as a "Digital Black Box," declassifying the atmospheric and philosophical reality of these two decades. This cinematic record is the only authorized vessel for the 777 Legacy.

Membership applications, rules, and regulations:
The hurdles to becoming a member of EIC/777 are easier to overcome than they may seem at first glance.
Here you will find an alphabetical guide to the steps and requirements for applying for membership in EIC/777:
a) Membership in EIC/777 consists of five different categories, which are numerically classified as Security Clearance Levels 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest level of membership within EIC/777.
Membership in EIC/777 can be approved after a four-week probationary period as a candidate. As a new member, you will therefore receive Security Clearance Level 1.
After a further eight weeks, the administrative board of EIC/777 will decide which security clearance and associated level your membership should be assigned for the following nine months. With this assignment, you will be given a clear task and function within EIC/777 and you will usually receive Security Clearance Level 2 or Security Clearance Level 3 in the first year of your membership.
Members with Security Clearance Levels 2 to 5 receive an EIC/777 identification card.
The identifications card contains a passport photo of the member, their full name, their respective security clearance level, and their associated area of activity. The identification card contains a number of forgery-proof security features and is linked to the member's passport number. The identification card is valid for five years and is automatically renewed upon expiration.
EIC/777 identification cards are also automatically adjusted and reissued as soon as the member's security clearance level changes.
Although the identification card is issued to the member, it remains the official property of EIC/777 and can be invalidated at any time by EIC/777 via its database if compelling circumstances require it.
Members with Security Clearance Levels 3 to 5, as well as particularly valued sponsors, receive the EIC/777 golden Badge of Honor for special services and in recognition of their contributions.
In this section, we will explain Security Clearances Levels 1 to 5 and the associated memberships in more detail later on.
Members with Security Clearance Levels 2 to 5 receive access to the EIC/777 online portal. The portal has three sections designed to provide members with educational resources:

- Library section with electronic books and educational documents in standard PDF format available for download, which are provided to members free of charge.
- Documentary film section, which provides members with remarkable reports on inspiring personalities, as well as on significant historical and political events of the past and present.
- E-learning section with accredited and certified training courses in the field of security management and terror control assistance.
All members, except those with Security Clearance Level 1, are permitted to register via the button below to access the EIC/777 portal:
b) The questions about the qualifications and characteristics you should have for membership can be answered quickly and easily:
You do not need any special qualifications to apply for membership with EIC/777, as EIC/777 will qualify you for membership and for your role through short but effective training courses, if necessary.
The qualities you must have above all else are reliability, idealism, a sense of justice, a willingness to make sacrifices, time, and a healthy dose of trust in God.
If you do not possess these qualities, then learn them before applying for membership in EIC/777.
Candidates with mental instability or an addiction problem, particularly drug addiction, alcohol addiction, or gambling addiction, are excluded from membership in EIC/777.
c) Unlike other security and intelligence structures, EIC/777 does not insist on applicants having a clean criminal record, but actually prefers candidates who have served time in prison. The motivation of such candidates to apply for membership should be based on their desire and commitment to rehabilitate their reputation.
No matter what a candidate may have done in the past, at EIC/777 they not only get a second chance, but also the opportunity to rehabilitate their reputation. Such candidates will apply for membership for a limited period of five years and, after this period, can decide whether they wish to remain a member for an unlimited period. At the end of the five-year period, such candidates will receive a certificate with an accompanying protocol detailing their achievements and merits in the fight against international terrorism, transnational organized crime, as well as their commitment to the protection and security of the Western Hemisphere and to the nations that generally define Western hegemony and the free world.
If a candidate does not even have a bad reputation, but rather no reputation at all, EIC/777 will offer them opportunities to build a respected reputation not only within global intelligence structures, but also in their social environment and community.
d) There is no charge for processing a membership application with EIC/777.
Once EIC/777 has approved the membership of Security Clearance Level 2, the member pays a one-time fee of USD XXX to EIC/777. This fee covers not only the cost of the EIC/777 identifications card, the formalities associated with processing the membership of Security Clearance Level 2, but also the administrative costs to train the new member in their assigned task-specific field and introduce and familiarize them with the educational materials and online training opportunities available through the EIC/777 portal.
e) Candidates must have a laptop or PC with a webcam and microphone when applying for EIC/777 membership. This is not only essential for introducing and familiarizing applicants with their task-specific area and training them, but also necessary for them to participate in an orderly manner in online conferences as members who are still below membership of Security Clearance Level 4.
f) Like all members, candidates must be in possession of a valid passport. Each member must ensure that their passport is renewed in good time, six months before the expiry date.
g) Membership applications for EIC/777 can be submitted by all women and men who are at least 18 years of age, regardless of their origin.
h) Applying for membership in EIC/777 is straightforward. Candidates first submit their membership application informally in a message via the EIC/777 contact form.
An EIC/777 board member will usually respond to you within 24 hours.
You will then be asked to send a copy of your passport and will be given an appointment for an interview.
The interview usually takes place via video call. You will need to comply with the date and time specified for the interview. During the interview, we will get to know you, go through a questionnaire, verify your identity and details, and then usually process your membership application.
i) Explanation of EIC/777 membership categories based on Security Clearance Levels 1 to 5. As already clarified, all members with Security Clearance Level 2 or higher, regardless of their function or rank, have access to the EIC/777 portal and are entitled to an EIC/777 identification card:

To the Veterans of the Unit and our dedicated community:
The operational chapter of the Order 777 is officially concluded. After twenty years of engagement in the field, we have transitioned from active service to historical preservation.
The 777 Legacy Archive is now the only authorized record of our history. We have traded the kinetic field for the strategic record, ensuring that our two-decade journey is preserved with total discipline.
All tactical structures are now formally DEFUNCT. Our mission continues through the lens, as we focus entirely on the cinematic preservation of this history through the Iron Water Multimedia Project (2029).
The theaters are quiet. The record is eternal.
